Driven by geographical realities, NORECOM has already since years developed a special crew of experts focusing daily on developing new transport possibilities, optimizing new handling options (e.g. stuffing of containers at the mill site) and/or CQD and/or demurrage/detention packages for full vessel charters.

This aspects and elements need a lot of tailor-made local solutions and investments - especially in certain countries with non-traditional infrastructural set-ups.

NORECOM is paying high intention and investment in logistics with its trained and experienced people. This procedure starts already inside the mill, continues with local transportation, port handling, shipment and ending with save cargo receipt in the ports of destination. With offices and its own warehouses in different ports, NORECOM is able to receive the cargo in good condition, checking the vessels and having its Representatives in the main discharging ports.

This chain of logistic set-up is enabling us every moment to control the goods and report to our partners about the status quo of each single shipment. Following above described demands growing all over the world, NORECOM is holding buffer stocks in Kiel, Antwerp, Tallin, Astrachan, Nowshar, a/o. to serve final endusers better every day.
